Paneer Puffs goes very well with any grilled vegetables! <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />1 cup grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese) <br />1 finely chopped Green Chilli <br />1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes <br />1 tsp Oregano <br />Salt <br />Eggplant Slices <br />Onion Slices <br />Zucchini thick Strips <br />Corn <br />Sweet and Chilli Thai Sauce <br />Butter <br /><br />Method: <br />- Take grated paneer, chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes, oregano, salt in a bowl and make a soft and smooth dough. <br />- Fill a greased tart tin container with the paneer mixture and leave it to steam <br />- Meanwhile heat some butter in a pan and put eggplant slices, onion slices, zucchini thick strips corn in it and grill well <br />- Take out the steamed paneer from the tart tin container and serve it hot with the grilled salad by adding little bit of sweet chilli sauce on the salad.
